The oldest historical work left on the surface of Zanjan city is the stone caravanserai, which according to the evidence, especially the historical texts, is one of the three caravanserai built in this line during the Safavid rule. The daily conversation of the people of this area is known as Dash Caravansram, and it is located outside the old context of the city of Zanjan, which in the not-so-distant past overlooked the green fields and fruit orchards of the suburbs and was located on the axis of communication between the west and the east.
