Its geographic coordinates are 48 degrees and 6 minutes east longitude and 36 degrees and 21 minutes north latitude and its height is 1780 meters above sea level. The difference in height of Khoin from the lower cemetery to the Bar spring is 120 meters. Ijroud has two parts, Zarin Abad and Aleppo, and Khoin is located in Aleppo.
This area is located in Khoyin village, Aleppo sector, Ijroud city and in the context of Khoyin village, 58 meters away from the mosque of the village in a straight line. Its height is 1753 meters above sea level.

This building has the east-west length of 18 meters and the north-south width of 11 meters. It has all the facilities and belongings of the old thermal baths, such as the entrance, vestibule, srabineh, mid-door, greenhouse and hot, warm and cold water tanks. The parts of Bineh and Garmkhaneh are decorated with plant decorations and lines with themes of Persian poetry, which are executed in the limestone method. The water needed for washing is provided from the northwest spring of the village by the created water atmosphere. It is worth mentioning that the floor of this building is about 2 meters lower than the surface around the building. In terms of historical antiquity, it belongs to the Safavid period.
