Tashavir Castle
In the northwest side of the village and on the heights of Kale Ghandi, you can see traces of a wall arranged with stone rubble and lime plaster mortar, which is known as Tasvir Castle. This historical building dominates and overlooks the region and is located between the famous Samiran Castle (in the east) and Sansez Castle (in the west) with a distance of 15 to 20 kilometers. The place chosen and the design of the castle is such that the only way to enter it is the northern side, and the architect has taken the necessary advantage of the existence of steep slopes and precipices on the other sides, in order not to penetrate the castle. It is certain that this castle was used during the Ismailian period.
The building known as the fire temple:
In the eastern part of the village, on the slopes of the heights of the southern side, in the middle of the old and abandoned cemetery of the village, the walls of two historical buildings, which are made of stone rubble and plaster and lime mortar, attract the attention of every viewer. (Picture No. 4) These buildings are built with square and octagonal plans at a distance of about 1.5 meters from each other. (Picture No. 5) The mentioned buildings were registered in the list of historical monuments of the country on 1/7/1353 with number 983 and from this date they are under the protection of the relevant organization.
With regard to the approved and ongoing program for the restoration and reconstruction of buildings, it is necessary and appropriate to carry out its scientific research (speculation) in order to reach the floor and foundation of the building. Therefore, the cultural heritage speculation committee of the province, headed by the writer, was stationed in the desired location for 20 days and began the exploration operation, which will be described in detail in the next pages.
Historical hill:
On the eastern side and at a distance of about 50 meters from Qal Tashvir, there is a historical hill with a height of about 6 meters, on the top of which the architectural works of a circular or most likely an octagonal structure buried in its heart can be seen. The said building is built with rubble and mortar.
The area known as Gnu's treasure:
This historical site is located 3 kilometers from the northeast side of the village and 2 kilometers from the south side of the Qezal Ozen river, which is known as Ganj Gnu among the villagers.
The said area has gypsum and lime mines, which were exploited and used in the historical buildings of Tasvir from these mines. According to the usual investigation, traces of settlement in the Islamic era have been observed in the area, which are most likely related to the historical monuments (especially) of Tasvir Castle.
