He completed his elementary education in Tawfik and Cycle elementary school and high school in Pahlavi school in Zangan city in 1317 with merit and genius. All the teachers and teachers were surprised by his great talent in Tawfik school, which was one of the famous schools of that time. He was hired and worked as a teacher and taught Arabic, mathematics and Persian literature in the 5th and 6th grades of that high school. He became the director of Alavi high school in Tehran, as we know that most of the scientific, political and economic men of our country today are from the same students who benefited from the lessons of Professor Rozbeh and graduated from Alavi school.

The late Rouzbeh was well-versed and fluent in Arabic and French languages, and had reached the position of ijtihad in jurisprudence, principles, interpretation, and theology, and had sufficient skill in knowing medicinal plants and medical knowledge. He authored four volumes of grammar and syntax lessons under the name "Easy Arabic 4" with the cooperation of the late Seyyed Kazem Mousavi. Finally, in November 1352, after 38 years of life-giving cultural service and 52 years of fruitful life, he passed away.
