Haj Mirza Abulqasem Mousavi Zanjani (ancestor of the Mirzais)
In the middle of the reign of Shah Tahmasab I Safavid, when Sheikh Al-Taifa, the late Mohaghegh II, came to Iran according to the king's orders, the ancestor of Mirzais, Agha Seyyed Salim, who was one of the students of Mohaghegh, came to Iran from Arab Iraq and settled in the city of Zanjan. will find.
One of the famous figures of this Haj family is Mirza Abul Qasim, the son of Agha Seyyed Kazem, who became known as Mirza. The author of the biography of Rizal Iran writes: "Mirza Abul Qasim Mujtahid" was born in 1220 AH. Muhammad Baqir Hajjah al-Islam Shafti and Haj Muhammad Ibrahim Kalbasi (Karbasi) and for some time he was engaged in completing his studies in Iraq as usual and in 1253 lunar year he returned to his birthplace Zanjan and became a leader, influence, authority and wealth in the year 1293, the father of Haji Mirza Abu Talib Zanjani (died 1328 AH) died in Zanjan at the age of 73.
In Al-Ma'athir wa al-Athar, he writes: "Abul Qasim Mousavi Mujtahid Zanjani was one of the great leaders of the Jafari religion... In fact, for several centuries, no one has disturbed the position of headship, enforcement of the order, and expansion of his authority in Dar al-Saadah Zanjan."
The letters and books recorded in his name reach 45 volumes. Haj Mirza Abul Qasim had three sons named 1- Haj Mirza Abul Makaram Mojtahed 2- Haji Mirza Abu Talib 3- Haji Mirza Abu Abdallah Mousavi Mirzaei.
In the family tomb of this family in the city of Zanjan and the cemetery around it, the historical inscriptions and manuscripts of Zanjan province will be displayed under the title of the museum of cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism of the province.
