It is said that the richer he became, the more his piety and purity increased. It is known that Haji Mir Baha saved the lives of many of God's servants from certain death in the year of Muja'ah (the year of famine 1266 according to Qoli 1288 A.H.) with his benefactions and donations. After nearly 76 years of honorable and respectable life, the deceased has left behind many works and buildings and many endowments.
 Endowments known as Mir Baha are:

1- Se Dang from Degarman village of Dareh Si
 2- The number of thirty-six (36) shops located in Ahangaran Square, Zanjan Bazaar
 3- Six dong baths located in Zangan Bazar
 4- Yakbab water tank located in Imam Zanjan Street
 5- Yakbab mosque located on Imam Zanjan Street
 6- Six dong villages called Sahle
 7- Zanjan Chayi river bridge
 8- Six dongs of Mir Baha aqueduct in Zangan city
 9- Qezel Ozen river bridge
