After the discovery of salt men and their accessories, it was found that the history of making knives in Zanjan dates back to more than 18 centuries ago. The knife with one of the Namaki men, which has a goat horn handle, is the oldest document of the knife industry in Zanjan. One of the historical backgrounds that greatly influenced the knife industry was the manufacture of weapons.
